How long does a wedding website take?
Most experiences are ready in approximately 3–4 business days after we receive all required content. Complex customisation, add-ons, late content or revision timing may affect delivery.
What do we need to provide?
You provide the couple names, dates, venues, photographs, story, programme, dress code, gift information, RSVP questions and any other content you want included. Extensive copywriting is not automatically included.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Custom Domain + Hosting includes the first-year domain, DNS configuration, SSL, hosting setup and deployment. Renewals and paid infrastructure are billed separately where applicable.
What is the difference between Classic, Plus and Signature?
Classic provides an elegant BOTinc wedding design with Google Form RSVP. Plus adds integrated RSVP and guest management. Signature adds the highest level of agreed art direction and visual customisation.
How does RSVP work?
Classic connects to a Google Form. Plus and Signature include an integrated RSVP form, stored responses, a simple management dashboard, search and filtering, attendance status and CSV export.
Can guests upload wedding photos?
Yes, with the Guest Memories add-on. Uploads can remain private, appear only after approval, or be shared live when you explicitly request that setup.
Can we make changes after seeing the first version?
Yes. Classic includes one consolidated revision round. Plus and Signature include two consolidated revision rounds.
What happens after the wedding?
You can keep the agreed hosting arrangement or add Post-Wedding Mode to replace time-sensitive RSVP and countdown content with thanks, highlights and final photographs.
Can the website support multiple wedding events?
Yes. The programme can cover church, traditional, Nikah, court, engagement, reception, after-party and other couple-defined events.
Can it support more than one language?
Yes, multilingual support is available on request and is scoped according to the languages and content involved.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due before final launch or handover.
